- 2 oz Mastrogiannis Baton Brandy
- 1 oz simple syrup
- 1/2 pear, ripe and diced
- 1/2 tsp vanilla bean paste or vanilla extract
- Club soda
- In a cocktail shaker, add all ingredients except the club soda, and muddle together well. Add ice and shake well, strain into a cocktail glass with ice, top off with club soda, and optionally garnish with a few pear slices.
