For today's Friday Cocktail recipe we are are thinking of that special lady in our life! The pear brandy amplified the Baton brandy and added a nice balanced Winter vibe. The sugar, cinnamon, and salt rim brought everything together and made the drink pop.
Yield: serves 1
- 2 oz Mastrogiannis Baton Brandy
- 1 oz pear brandy
- 3/4 oz lemon juice
- 1/2 oz vanilla syrup
- Garnish with cinnamon sugar and salt rim
- Place all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake and strain into the salted glass.
