We love coffee, we love Brandy! Why not combine it into a single drink! Manhattan Cafe adds rich coffee flavor into one of our favorite cocktails.
Yield: serves 1
- 2oz Baton Brandy
- 1 oz Sweet Vermouth
- 2 Black Walnut Bitters (optional)
- 2 Dash Angostura Bitters
- 15 grams (~3 tsps) Coffee grounds
- Combine all ingredients except coffee in mixing glass with ice. Stir for 45 seconds. Place a chilled coupe glass under a coffee dripper or filter and slowly pour the Manhattan through the filter to infuse the coffee flavor. Garnish with a maraschino cherry or orange peel. Enjoy!
