Being officially grill season, we had to say aloha to good times with this grilled pineapple cocktail!
On a clean grill, we added a few pineapple rings, grilled them 3-minutes per side, and used them to create this delicious and tropical cocktail, a sweet and refreshing drink with a touch of char from the grill!
And while we will keep pineapple off our pizza, this was a delicious and fun cocktail that is perfect for summer backyard parties with friends and family!
Yield: serves 1
- 2 oz Baton Brandy
1/2 oz Aperol
- 1/2 oz Simple Syrup
- 3/4 oz Lemon Juice
- 6 Grilled Pineapple Chunks
- 3 Dashes Bitters
- Place all ingredients in a cocktail shaker and muddle the pineapple. Add ice and shake well. Pour in a rock glass filled with ice. Garnish with grilled pineapple.
