For our last Friday Cocktail of 2022, we wanted to do something special, and we recently came across the wonderful and delicious world of apricot liqueur, so we combined the super aromatic apricots with our award-winning Baton Brandy.
The results are a cocktail that is dangerously delicious, with fresh notes of apricot, vanilla, and oak with just enough sweetness that will be hard not to make a second one!
Yield: serves 1
Ingredients
- 2 oz Baton Brandy
- 1 oz apricot liqueur
- 0.5 oz simple syrup
- 0.5 oz lemon juice (approximately half a lemon)

1 dash of bitters
Instructions
- In a shaker combine all ingredients over ice. Shake well and fill into a coupe or martini glass. Garnish with a fresh orange peel.
