For today's Friday Cocktail recipe we are are thinking of a Summer, sipping a cocktail, and pineapple reminds us of just that. A refreshing mix of lime juice, pineapple syrup, orange, and Baton Brandy made a super delicious cocktail that takes you back to your favorite summer spot.
Adding the fresh lime peel at the end is critical, as that freshness when the lime hit your nose and take that first sip, is absolutely delicious!

Ingredients
- 2 oz Mastrogiannis Baton Brandy
- 1 oz Pineapple Syrup
- 1 oz lime juice
- 1/2 oz orange liqueur
Instructions
- Place in a cocktail shaker with ice. Lightly shake and pour over a molded ice cube. Garnish with a lime twist.
