This cocktail is light, tangy, and super smooth thanks to the egg white.

Ingredients
- 2 oz Baton Brandy
- 2 oz Freshly Squeezed Blood Orange
- 1/2oz Lime Juice
- 1/2 oz Simple Syrup
- 1 Egg White
Instructions

Place all ingredients in a cocktail shaker without ice. Shake well, then open the cocktail shaker and add some ice. Shake again until cold. Pour into your favorite cocktail glass.
