When you think Brandy you got to think of a Brandy sidecar, it's a classic for a reason. With its fresh tart undertones of lemon juice, blended perfectly with the orange and our red-fruit-forward Baton brandy to create these delicious Baton Sidecar.
For some, the tartiness of the lemon can be too much so we balanced this cocktail with a little bit of simple syrup, and although it's considered a sour-based cocktail, this variation will surprise and delight you!

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 oz Baton Brandy
- 1 oz dry curacao (or any orange liqueur)
- 3/4 oz fresh squeezed lemon juice
- 1 tsp simple syrup
Instructions
- In a cocktail shaker place all ingredients and ice, shake well, and into your favorite coupe, and garnish with an optional orange twist.
