We love a classic, but we also love a spin on a classic. We took elements of the classic brandy revolver and added a few of our own twists!
Our Baton brandy is mixed perfectly with the coffee liqueur (we used Kahlua) and topped with heavy cream to create a stunning and simple cocktail. It's the perfect after-dinner summer sipper! Light, refreshing with lots of oak, red fruit and coffee notes that paired perfectly with the velvety foam of the heavy cream.
Yield: serves 1
- 1.5 oz Baton Brandy
- 1.5 oz coffee liqueur (we used Kahlua)
- 0.75 oz heavy cream (float, preferably use a frother to add more texture)
- In a cocktail shaker, add Baton brandy and Kahlua over ice and shake very well. Pour into a coupe glass, and add heavy cream as a float.
