The New York sour cocktail is a fruity twist on the classic sour cocktail. In our case we used our Rose for Cure (Red Edition), the 100% Mourvedre added spicy, blackberry undertones that deepens this beautiful cocktail.
A refreshing and stunning layered cocktail!
Yield: serves 1
- 2 oz Baton Brandy
- 1 oz Rose for Cure (Red Edition)
- 1 oz freshly squeezed lemon juice (half a lemon)
- 1 oz simple syrup
Add Baton Brandy, lemon juice, and simple syrup in a cocktail shaker with lots of ice and shake well. Pour into a glass with crushed ice, and then float the red wine on top. Garnish with a lemon twist.
