Welcome to another Friday Cocktail. Fun fact, the Manhattan cocktail was the inspiration to create our vermouth in the first place, it's one of my all-time favorite cocktails, and while going through our previous recipes, I came to the realization that we had never done a proper Manhattan.
A combination of our Baton Brandy, our delicious and aromatic sweet Vermouth, and a few dashes of bitters, it's the perfect combination with a little acidity from the vermouth that brightens the cocktail, while giving it depth and aromatics.
A flat-out delicious Manhattan!
Yield: serves 1
- Add the Baton brandy, sweet vermouth, and bitters into a mixing glass with ice and stir until well-chilled. Strain into a chilled Nick & Nora or coupe glass and garnish with a Maraschino cherry.
