- 2 oz Mastrogiannis Baton Brandy

Club soda
- 1 lemon
Instructions
- Fill the tall, narrow-mouthed glass with ice cubes. Pour Baton Brandy over the ice. Hold the glass at a slight angle and slowly pour the club soda into it. No need to stir. Garnish with citrus (optional).
