Welcome to another Friday Cocktail. This Friday we want to introduce you to the Enzoni.
A combination of our Baton Brandy, luscious and super aromatic Muscat grapes, Campari, fresh lemon juice, and a touch of simple syrup, this drink offers a refreshing blend of flavors that are sure to delight your senses. The smooth and velvety texture of the brandy serves as a perfect base, while the juicy sweetness of the Muscat grapes adds a burst of fruity goodness. The Campari brings a unique bitter character with herbal undertones and a citrusy zest. A splash of fresh lemon juice adds a tangy twist, beautifully balanced by a hint of simple syrup.

Yield: serves 1
- 2 oz Baton Brandy
- 1 oz Campari
- 0.5 oz fresh lemon juice
- 0.5 simple syrup
- 5-6 grapes (we used seasonal Muscat)
- Add grapes into a cocktail shaker and muddle lightly. Add the rest of the ingredients with ice and shake well, double strain into your favorite cocktail glass filled with a large ice cube. Garnish with 3 muscat grapes.
