For today's recipe, we go back to the classics. A brandy sour cocktail elevated with the use of egg white and a bit of orange juice. Don't be afraid of using egg whites as its a required ingredient that adds texture and sweetness to the drink. The Baton blended elegantly with all the ingredients and the few dashes of bitters at the end rounded the entire cocktail.

- 2 oz Mastrogiannis Baton Brandy
- 1 oz Lemon Juice
- 0.5 oz Simple Syrup
- 0.5 oz Orange Juice
- 0.5 oz Egg White
- A few drops of Angostura bitters.
- Combine all ingredients and dry shake (no ice) this helps break the proteins of the egg white and incorporate it with the rest of the ingredients. Add 5-6 ice cubes and shake for approximate twenty times. Serve on the rocks and garnish with an orange.
