Baton Blueberry Sour

Baton Blueberry Sour

There is no easier way to make a delightful summer cocktail than to use fresh fruit, lemon, brandy, and simple syrup. That’s it for the Baton Blueberry Sour! Fresh berries make the difference here. We opted for really ripe berries, just on the edge of going bad to get more of the blueberry flavor.

You can also opt-out if egg whites are not your thing, but it did give the drink a more frothy and savory mouthfeel that blended well with the ripe blueberries.

Enjoy it!

  1. Place blueberries in a cocktail shaker and muddle them the add the rest of the ingredients.
