Baton and Honey
For today's Friday Cocktail recipe, we went with a super simple and refreshing way to enjoy our Baton Brandy.
The honey simple syrup balanced the acidity and freshness of the lime with the added layers of grape brandy and oak made for a perfect Friday afternoon cocktail!
Yield: serves 1
- 2 oz Mastrogiannis Baton Brandy
3/4 oz Honey simple syrup
3/4 oz Fresh lime juice (we used the entire juice from one lime)
- Lime zest
- Reserve some of the zest from the lime. Add all ingredients to the shaker with ice and shake. Strained in a chilled coupe glass, and sprinkle the lime zest on top.
