Our latest batch has spent nearly six years in ex-wine barrels sourced from Washington and California wineries, nothing added, nothing colored, nothing rushed. Distilled from 100% grapes.
What Makes It Special:
- Aged nearly 6 years in ex-red-wine barrels (barreled Jan 2019, bottled Nov 2025)
- Its deep hue comes entirely from the barrel zero additives or coloring

Taste Profile: Fruit-forward with dried cherry / fig / raisin up front, giving way to toasted oak, baking spice, a butterscotch finish. The extended barrel time trades youthful heat for depth this pours closer to a sipping brandy than a mixer, though it anchors a serious Old Fashioned.
