This simple spring recipe is perfect for porch sipping, party throwing, shower hosting, or any old day that calls for a drink as beautiful as it is delicious.
The Coconut Rosewater Blackberry Smash is cool and creamy, with floral notes from the rose water and a definite hint of summer to come (so kind of one big metaphor for spring in a glass). Deceptively easy, because you can buy all of the ingredients — no homemade syrups here.

Ingredients
- 2 oz Mastrogiannis Baton Brandy

1 oz Cream of CoconutÂ

1 oz Lime Juice

1/4 tsp Rose WaterÂ

1 oz Blackberry Syrup or Smashed Fresh BlackberriesÂ
Instructions
- In a cocktail glass pour the blackberry syrup in the bottom of the glass or smash a few blackberries and fill with crushed ice. In a cocktail shaker place the rest of the ingredients and some ice. Shake well and pour over crushed ice and blackberry mixture. Top with fresh blackberries.Â
