The Rakomelo Quick Fix. A cocktail that is worthy of the first day of spring, the national cocktail day that was yesterday, and Greek Independence Day. It's really everything you need to be bundled nicely in an iced delicious cocktail.
Light and refreshing the honey-infused Rakomelo mixed in harmony with the grapefruit and the delicious elderflower liqueur to create something so delicious that we will be serving pretty much everywhere we are go.

Ingredients
- 1 oz Mastrogiannis Rakomelo
- 1 oz St Germain Elderflower Liqueur
- 1 oz Fresh Grapefruit

0.5 oz lime juice
- Mint for Garnish
Instructions

Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice. Give it a quick shake, and server in a rocks glass over plenty of ice. Garnish with either a fresh sprig of fresh mint or grapefruit peel.
