- 2 oz Mastrogiannis Rakomelo
- 1 oz pineapple puree
- 2 dashes aromatic bitters
- 1 cinnamon stick (optional)
- Add Rakomelo, pineapple and bitters into a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake for about 10 seconds, serve over ice or with a big ice cube. Garnish with a flaming cinnamon stick.
