How to Make Greek Rakomelo
For those that want to create this classic Greek drink at their home here is the recipe that we use to produce our amazing Mastrogiannis Rakomelo.
Yield: serves 2
- 2 cloves.
- 2 sticks cinnamon.
- 1⁄2 cup Mastrogiannis Grappa.
- 1⁄2 cup honey (we prefer wildflower).
- In a 1-qt. saucepan over medium heat. Add Grappa, cinnamon, cloves, and honey. Light Boil for 2-4 min until honey is fully dissolved. Serve while warm or mix into a hot toddy.
