Braised Chicken with Mastrogiannis Baton Brandy
In episode 76 of the Distillery Nation Podcast we had the absolute pleasure talking to our friends Butter & Bacon.
They are a husband and wife that love to cook with distilled spirits. As a result of that conversation, we created a custom recipe using our Baton Brandy.
The results were a delicious rustic dish that won our family over! Our Baton brandy was used as the base for the sauce (deglazing) and as part of the apples as they got flambé for about 30 seconds.
We paired the dish with goat cheese mashed potatoes and a full glass of Rosé!
