The fresh and tropical flavors of the pineapple along with the slight bitterness and orange flavor of the Aperol paired really well with the red fruit-forward Baton for a great pre-dinner cocktail!

- 2 oz Mastrogiannis Baton

1.5 oz Pineapple Juice
- 0.5 oz Aperol
- 0.5 oz Lime Juice
- 0.5 oz Simple Syrup
