What a way to kick off Good Friday, this was a cocktail that after we took the picture, was gone in less than five minutes.
Super light and refreshing, the Baton Pineapple Mojito it had me thinking of a beach with my feet kicked up and this drink in hand. The freshness of the mint, with the tropical flavor of the pineapple, just a tad sweet, and the depth of the Baton Brandy made for a perfect combination!

Ingredients
- 2 oz Mastrogiannis Baton
- 6 oz Pineapple Juice
- 1/2 Lime
- 5 Mint Leaves
- Sprinkle of Cane Sugar
- Lime Sparkling Water
Instructions

Place lime, mint leaves, and cane sugar in a cocktail shaker and muddle, then add pineapple juice and brandy. Shake well with some ice. Pour in a highball glass with ice and top with lime sparkling water. Garnish with any extra mint.
