Using in-season fruit is one of the best ways to bring forward the best in a cocktail.
And this drink is no exception, made with ripe, juicy, and delicious grapefruit that added complexity with the bitterness of Campari, and played really well with sweet vermouth and the ex-wine oak profile from our Baton Brandy!
Yield: serves 1
- 2 oz Mastrogiannis Baton Brandy
- 1 oz Sweet Vermouth
- 1 oz Campari
- 1 oz Freshly Squeezed Grapefruit
- Grapefruit wedges for garnishing
- Place all ingredients, except for the wedges, in a cocktail shaker. Shake well with ice. Pour the cocktail in your favorite cocktail glass with ice. Garnish with grapefruit wedges.
