For today's recipe, we go back to the classics. A spin on a classic old fashioned but adding layers of complexity with the maple syrup and fresh orange juice.
All the ingredients blend together really well, taking down the heat from the brandy and making it a great spin on the classic old fashioned.
The glass has some weight, and so does the drink!

2 oz Mastrogiannis Baton
- 0.5 oz Maple Syrup
- 3 Dashes Bitters
- Combine all ingredients and shake over ice. Double strain and garnish with an orange wheel.
