Fall is synonymous with apple cider here in the Pacific Northwest, and what better way to celebrate than with a Baton Apple Manhattan.
The classic Manhattan is one of my favorite cocktails, but when we add the sweetness and freshness of apple cider it brings a new level of flavor and a spectacular cocktail you'll definitely want to try.
Yield: serves 1
- 2 oz Baton Brandy
1/2 oz Vermouth
- 1.5 oz Apple Cider
- 1/2 oz Maple Syrup
- 2-3 Dashes of Orange Bitters
- Maraschino Cherry for Garnish
- Please all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake well and pour into a cocktail coup. Garnish with the maraschino cherry.
