For today's recipe, we are going with a classic Fall ingredient. Fresh apple cider makes for a great mixer and paired really well with our honey and cinnamon flavors of our Rakomelo!
A little bit on the sweeter side, but a delicious Fall drink that can stand on its own or serve as an after-dinner dessert with some chocolate.
Yield: serves 1
- 2 oz Mastrogiannis Rakomelo
- 1 oz Grand Marnier
- 3 oz Apple Cider
- Cinnamon Sugar (mix together cinnamon and sugar and place it on the flat plate)
- Make a cinnamon sugar rim on the cocktail glass add ice in the glass and set aside. In the cocktail shaker with ice combine Grand Mariner, Rakomelo and Apple Cider. Shake well and pour into the cocktail glass. Garnish with sliced apple and cinnamon stick.
