One a recent trip to Walla Walla, during a dinner reservation was saw a few aperitifs on the suggested cocktail menu, so we decided to give it a try.
We were simply blown away by the simplicity of the aperitif and how it actually enhanced our dinner by preparing our pallets for the food, it was a great segway into dinner with some wine, so this Vermouth Sparkling wine cocktail is inspired by that experience.
Our delicious, sweet Vermouth, paired perfectly with the dry sparkling wine and the orange wedge gave it that fresh nose and taste. A must for those pre-dinner cocktails

Ingredients
- 2 oz Mastrogiannis Vermouth
- 3 oz Sparkling Wine
- Orange wedge
Instructions
- Pour Mastrogiannis Sweet Vermouth into a glass over ice, top with sparkling wine and garnish with an orange wedge.
