Rose Margarita

Rosé Margarita

Elevate your weekend plans with a perfect combination of tequila and Rosé wine! Yes, you heard that correctly!

What a fun way to incorporate our Rosé for Cure wine into a cocktail, and this one really hit the spot!

The perfect Rosé margarita for your weekend is very well balanced with the fruit aromas of watermelon and peach from the Rosé with the semi-sweet grapefruit simple syrup, mixed perfectly with the blue agave tequila to create a light and refreshing cocktail that everyone will enjoy!

Yield: serves 1

  • 4 oz Mastrogiannis Rosé for Cure
  • 1 oz Tequila
  • 1 oz Fresh Lime Juice
  • 1 oz Grapefruit Simple Syrup (check out the recipe below)
  • Mint (optional for garnish)
  • Salt for rim (optional)

  1. Add tequila, lime juice and simpe syrup in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake well and pour over ice in a salted rim glass, stir in your Rosé for Cure, garnish with mint and enjoy!

Grapefruit simple syrup

  1. Zest two large grapefruits and set aside. Extract the grapefruit juice, then fine-strain. Add juice, zest, and equal parts sugar and simmer low until sugar is dissolved. Cool down, strain again and store in the fridge for future use (this will make approximately 1 cup, can store for up to a month)
