We took our honey-infused Rakomelo brandy, which added notes of honey, and cinnamon that pairs really well with the freshness of the lime. The extra carbonation from the Topo Chico took the cocktail to the next level.

Ingredients
- 2 oz Rakomelo Brandy
- 0.5 oz fresh lime juice
- 3 oz Topo Chico
Instructions
- In a cocktail shaker, add Rakomelo and lime over ice and shake very well. Pour into a glass with lots of ice and top with Topo Chico, optional garnish with a lime wheel.
