When I'm looking for a perfect, easy to make and delicious pre-dinner cocktail, Rakomelo Pineapple is my go-to.
This super refreshing drink can be served in a coupe glass, or over a big ice cube, add a little orange zest to elevate it to next level.

Ingredients
- 2 oz Mastrogiannis Rakomelo
- 1 oz Pineapple
- 1 oz Apple juice
Instructions
- In a cocktail shaker over ice add the Rakomelo, pineapple, and apple juice. Shake for 15 seconds. Pour into a coupe or large rocks glass with a big ice cube. Garnish with fresh orange zest.
