- 2 oz Mastrogiannis Rakomelo
- 0.5 oz fresh lemon juice
- 6 oz ginger beer (we used Fever Tree)
- Lemon wheel for garnish
- Preferably in a copper mug, add lots of ice, pour your Rakomelo, squeeze the lemon juice and top with ginger beer. Garnish with a lemon wheel.
