The Rakomelo Marigold, inspired by the Mexican orange flower that is used during the Dia de Miertos celebrations every November, this is hands down a super delicious cocktail that has summer all over it!
Super artomatic and bursting with flavors from the Cantaloupe, while the Rakomelo added honey and cinnamon notes while the acidity of the lime and sweetness of the agave balances the drink.
Yield: serves 1
- 2 oz Rakomelo Brandy
- 0.5 oz agave syrup
- 0.5 oz fresh lime juice
- 3 1'' cubs of Cantaloupe
- In a cocktail shaker, add cantaloupe and muddle. Add Rakomelo, lime and agave syrup with ice and shake very well. Double strain into a coupe glass.
