We were recently inspired by a New York restaurant that swapped Prosecco for Lambrusco, to create one of the most popular low-abv cocktails on the market, a New-York style Negroni Sbagliato with Lambrusco.
A super easy 3-ingredient cocktail, that is lower in alcohol, light, refreshing, and just plain delicious.
Our vermouth provided a perfect base, sweetened naturally with wildflower honey and infused figs, cacao nibs, cinnamon, and few other key botanicals made for a great pairing with bitter Campari and fizzy, red-fruit forward Lambrusco wine.
Yield: serves 1
- 2 oz Mastrogiannis Vermouth
- 0.5 oz Campari
- 3-4 oz Lambrusco
Add all ingredients into your favorite glass with ice, and stir until chilled. Garnish with an orange peel and enjoy!
