For today's Friday Cocktail recipe, we are going back to one of our last summer and super easy cocktails to make. Mastiha Peponi.
Combining our dry Mastiha, with tonic water, garnishing with a big wedge of cantaloupe or peponi in Greek.
Simple, refreshing and super easy to make at home!
Yield: serves 1
- 2 oz Mastrogiannis Dry Mastiha
Tonic water (we prefer Fever-Tree).
- Cantaloupe for garnish.
Build the Mastiha, over ice on a large wine glass. Top off with tonic water, garnish with a big slice of Cantaloupe. Optionally add the essential oils from a fresh lemon peel for extra freshness.
