When we think of one of the classic cocktails it has to be the Million Dollar Cocktail, originally first suggested by a customer, we thought we had to give it a Greek spin, so what better way but to honor the great Aristotle Onassis, than to name it the Mastiha Onassis.
A delicious combination of our dry Mastiha along with the sweetness of our rosé vermouth, pineapple, and grenadine, and finished with a luxurious and frothy egg white.
Yield: serves 1
Ingredients
- 2 oz Mastrogiannis Dry Mastiha (or sub gin)

1/2 oz Pineapple Juice
- 1 egg white
- 1 teaspoon grenadine
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in a shaker and dry shake (without ice) for 20-30 seconds. Add ice and shake for another 20 seconds, and serve in a chilled coupe.
