For today's recipe, we are inspired by the Queen's Gambit and crafted a spin on a classic martini but with a twist.
It's boozy, but the refined flavor from the pearl onion gives depth and sophistication to a rather simple cocktail. A variation on the classic martini, the Mastiha Gibson mixes Mastiha and dry vermouth together and garnishes the cocktail with a cocktail onion.

- 2 oz Mastrogiannis Mastiha
- 1 oz Dry Vermouth
- Pearl onions
- Combine mastiha and the dry vermouth in a cocktail mixing class. Add ice and stir until chilled. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with three pearl onions.
