What can we say, we love our Hazy Syrah, and although it's such a good drink as a standalone over ice with an orange peel, it really stands out in a cocktail. Given that it's not a liqueur, the higher ABV keeps the integrity of the drink in anything we have tried so far.
In a recent review, it was described that the Hazy Syrah had rum-like qualities, so we thought why not make a Mojito? Our version subs simple syrup with St. Germain, lime, and elderflower tonic brought out super fresh grape notes with just enough sweetness and fizziness from the tonic.
A must summer cocktail, give it a try and you won't be disappointed.
