Adopted from the Canon Cocktail Book, the Hazy Jasmine is a delicious cocktail that has very complex notes due to the different elements and layers.
From its delightfully sweet and bitter balance, the Hazy Syrah Brandy added depth and a fresh grape flavor profile that paired really well, while the fresh lime balanced everybody out with a small amount of sourness.

Ingredients
- 1.5 oz Hazy Syrah Brandy
- 0.5 oz Campari
- 0.5 ounce Orange Liqueur
- 0.75 oz fresh lime juice
Instructions

Add all ingredients into a cocktail shaker with lots of ice and shake well. Pour into your favorite coupe glass. Garnish with a lime wheel.
