The Hazy Daiquiri, a classic cocktail made with our Hazy Syrah Brandy, a total game-changer given the natural flavor profile for the fresh Syrah grapes that the brandy is infused on top of our pineapple-infused simple syrup giving this cocktail such depth, freshness and with enough sweet and tart components that we simply had to have a second one.

Ingredients
- 2 oz Hazy Syrah Brandy

1 oz fresh Lime Juice
- 0.75 oz simple syrup (we used our pineapple-infused simple syrup)
Instructions
- Place everything in a cocktail shaker with lots of ice. Shake for about 15 seconds then strain into a coupe glass. Optional to garnish with a lime wheel.
