A maple-sweetened take on a refreshing summer favorite - our brandy sour. We decided to opt-out from using an egg on this recipe and instead focused on the beautifully cinnamon and maple flavors that really knocked this drink out of the park with our red-fruit forward Baton brandy, a dash of cinnamon along with the acidity of the lemon it created a stunning cocktail that's both refreshing and delicious.
A super easy and fun cocktail to make at home!
Yield: serves 1
- 2 oz Mastrogiannis Baton Brandy
1 oz Lemon Juice
- 3 tsp Maple Syrup
- Dash of Ground Cinnamon
- Orange Slice and Maraschino Cherry for Garnish
- Place all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake well and pour in a rocks glass with ice. Garnish with an orange slice and maraschino cherry.
