Baton Cinnamon Maple Sour

A maple-sweetened take on a refreshing summer favorite - our brandy sour. We decided to opt-out from using an egg on this recipe and instead focused on the beautifully cinnamon and maple flavors that really knocked this drink out of the park with our red-fruit forward Baton brandy, a dash of cinnamon along with the acidity of the lemon it created a stunning cocktail that's both refreshing and delicious.

A super easy and fun cocktail to make at home!

Yield: serves 1


  • 2 oz Mastrogiannis Baton Brandy
  • 1 oz Lemon Juice
  • 3 tsp Maple Syrup
  • Dash of Ground Cinnamon
  • Orange Slice and Maraschino Cherry for Garnish


    1. Place all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake well and pour in a rocks glass with ice. Garnish with an orange slice and maraschino cherry.
