Yield: serves 1
- 2 oz Rakomelo Brandy
- 3 oz Apple Cider
- 1 oz Aperol
- Cinnamon Sugar
- Sliced Apples for Garnish
- Rim your favorite cocktail glass with cinnamon sugar fill it with ice and set aside. In a cocktail shaker add Aperol, Rakomelo, apple cider, and ice. Shake well and pour into the prepared cocktail glass. Top it off with prosecco and garnish with sliced apples. You can dust the apples with cinnamon if you’d like.
