Baco No.1 Grapefruit Collins

Baco Grapefruit

A drink that probably deserves its own category with an unusual combination of ingredients that all work phenomenally when put together.

Using our Baco No.1 along with grapefruit, the acidity of lemon juice, and the sweetness of simple syrup created a delicious cocktail but when we added an egg white it truly made a crazy good drink that deserves kicking your legs up after a long day! 

Yield: serves 1


  • 2 oz Mastrogiannis Baco No.1
  • 1.5 oz freshly squeezed grapefruit juice
  • 1/2 oz freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 oz simple syrup
  • 3 dashes of bitters
  • 1 egg white
  • Club soda, chilled, to top
  • Garnish: grapefruit twist


  1. Add all ingredients except the club soda into a shaker and vigorously dry shake (without ice). Add ice and shake again until well chilled. Strain into a glass over fresh ice, top with club soda, express the oils from a grapefruit twist over the top. I added a few extra bitter drops on top for more of an aroma.
