Rakomelo Cranberry Paloma

Welcoming the Thanksgiving week with a festive Rakomelo Cranberry Paloma. Award-winning Rakomelo mixed with cranberry juice, grapefruit juice, and lime and topped off with ginger beer.

And although this cocktail falls into the tart category, you can up the simple syrup ratio or include a sugar rim for a touch of extra sweetness.

The best part of this cocktail is it only takes a few minutes to make, with seasonal ingredients that are simply fresh and delicious. 

 

Yield: serves 1

Ingredients

  • 2 oz Rakomelo Brandy
  • 1 oz Cranberry juice
  • 1 oz Grapefruit juice
  • 0.5 oz Lime Juice
  • 1 oz Simple Syrup
  • 2 oz Ginger Beer
  • Grapefruit slice and mint for garnish

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients (except for the ginger beer) in a cocktail shaker, shake with ice and pour into a cocktail glass with ice or a single large ice cube or ball. Top off with ginger beer and garnish with grapefruit, mint, and or a sugar rim.
